preserving the future of mountain biking in Ohio through the promotion of

Ohio State parks open house. Email comments needed.
The Ohio State parks is having an open house on Thursday 2/18. I will attend but it would be nice if we could get a few more MTBERS in the Central ohio area to show up and let the parks know how much we appreciate MTB trails in state parks. If you can't make it please email your comments. The state parks would like to see increases in camping revenue. Just state that increased MTB trails would help increase camping revenue in your email.

Let your voice be heard! Attend CVNP trail plan open house.
Cuyahoga Valley National Park has announced three dates for the first public input session for the new Trail Management Plan (TMP) and Environmental Impact Study (EIS). The dates are Thursday, February 11th from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm and Saturday, February 13th 10:00 am-noon. CAMBA strongly encourages all mountain bikers to attend!

2010 Annual OMBA general meeting this Saturday
The 2010 OMBA Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, Jan 9th at 12:00PM at Ray's Mountain bike park in Cleveland. The meeting is free however, you will have to pay to ride at Ray's.
The meeting will be followed by a ride at Ray's. The meeting is open to the public (you don't need to be a member of OMBA). However, only current OMBA members are entitled to a vote. The Wild 100, Snowshoe, and the Wild Monongahela Act
The Wild 100 is an all day mountain biking race held near Snowshoe, West Virginia whose length is determined by your own route choices. The race has been run for many years by the Elk River Touring Center (ERTC) and is popular among Ohio mountain bikers. Snowshoe Mountain is a resort that offers snow sports in the winter and lift-serviced mountain biking in the summer.
