Located between Cincinnati and Columbus, Cowan Lake State Park has a short 1 mile mtb trail, listed on the park page as "Mountain Bike Trail • 1 Mile • Easy-Difficult" - whatever that means.

It looks like the mtb trail is the small loop by the park office.
